Tasting Note:
It’s splendidly enticing on the nose with black/blueberry, vanilla, mixed spice and hazelnut characters, leading to a velvet-smooth palate that’s succulent and supple. Richly textured and beautifully framed by polished tannins, finishing long and delectable. At its best: now to 2035. Score – 94. (Sam Kim, wineorbit.co.nz, June 2022)
