Fernand Engel Praelatenberg Riesling 2017

A spicy hint of maple syrup precedes the ripe red apple notes on the nose. The palate is lemony and shines with bright, slender but concentrated freshness. The dry, lasting finish returns to the notion of apple with a lovely touch of bruised apple skin. Score – 93. (Anne Krebiehl, MW, Wine Enthusiast, Nov. 1, 2019)
